Stright Fluted Taps (Hand Taps)

• Designed for use on materials in which internal threads tend to reduce, such as aluminum alloy castings (AC), aluminum alloy die casting (ADC) and zinc alloy die casting (ZDC). Special heat treatment is applied to improve wear resistance.
• Suitable for tapping on materials from which chips tend to break into fragments during the tapping process, such as gray cast iron (FC), nodular graphite cast iron (FCM), brass (BsB), brass castings (TBSC), and also magnesium alloy. Special  heat treatment is applied to improve  wear resistance.
• Designed for use on hard-to-cut materials affected by work hardening , such as stainless steel (SUS), heat-resistant steel (SUH) and nickel chrome steel (SNC). Special heat treatment is applied to improve wear resistance and steam oxide treatment is applied to improve galling resistance.
• Designed for use on chromium-molybdenum steel (SCM), nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel (SNCM), carbon steel (S-C), refined tool steel (SK, SKS), and magnesium alloy. Special heat treatment is applied to improve wear resistance.
