Features of T Series Spiral Pointed Tap

• Just like TSP, TAFLET felief is employed to cope with problems such as enlargement of internal threads.
• TGN is unique in feature having cutting edge and asliding edge. Since TAFLET relief is provided on a teeth of complete thread following to the chamfer part the thrust power of the tap is adjusted and internal threads are not enlarged even if the work material is soft steel. (Not-go gauge IP II stops within 1 pitch).
